Terms & Conditions

Quotations are free and valid for 30 days. Prices are fixed for the scope described in the quotation. If the scope changes at your request, or hidden defects are found once work begins, we will agree any variation in writing before continuing.

We will agree an arrival window with you and notify you if it changes. You are responsible for providing safe access to the property and the working area on the agreed date.

Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice may incur a charge covering allocated labour.

Small works are payable on completion. Installations and projects are invoiced against the stages set out in the quotation. Invoices are due within 14 days unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Our workmanship is guaranteed for 12 months from completion. Manufacturer warranties on supplied equipment are provided by the manufacturer and may require annual servicing to remain valid.

Guarantees do not cover damage caused by third-party alterations, misuse, freezing, or a lack of required servicing.

We hold £5m public liability insurance. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.

If something is not right, tell us first. Email info@hydrivo.co.uk and we will acknowledge your complaint within two working days and aim to resolve it within ten.
