We do not collect special category data, and we do not ask for payment card details through this website.

We use your details to respond to your enquiry, prepare a quotation, schedule and carry out work, and keep a record of the job for warranty and certification purposes.

We do not sell your data, and we do not add you to marketing lists without asking you first.

Enquiries that do not lead to work are deleted within 12 months. Records of completed work are retained for six years to support warranty claims, gas safety records and our legal obligations.

You can ask us for a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it where we are not required to keep it. Email info@hydrivo.co.uk and we will respond within one month.
